How we verify qualifications
No reviews yet: we will only publish reviews from students who actually attended a session.

The teacher provides documents: diplomas, examiner or marker accreditations, employment certificates.

The team checks each document at the source when possible (issuing body, register) and keeps a record of the check.

Only checked qualifications carry the "verified by the team" mark; the others stay displayed as "self-declared".

A teacher is published by an administrator, never by themselves; this page is ordered by publication seniority, with no paid placement.
Cancellation and rescheduling, in black and white
- Free cancellation and one reschedule up to 24 hours before the session.
- After that, or in case of unannounced no-show, the session is due: it is a teacher's time.
- The teacher can cancel at any time; the session then goes back to your balance, with no penalty.
- Email reminders the day before and one hour before, with the time zone written next to the time.
Frequently asked questions
How does the mock oral exam with an examiner work?
You choose a slot, pay for the session, and the video link appears in your area. On the day, the examiner runs the exam tasks for forty minutes, then fills in the official grid; you receive the assessment like a correction. One reschedule is possible, at least 24 hours before.
Which devices can I practise on?
Computer, tablet and phone, in a recent browser. For speaking, a microphone is enough; for the mock exam with an examiner you also need a camera and a stable connection.
Can I delete my account and get my data back?
Yes, from your profile: a full export in one click, and a deletion that erases credentials, papers, recordings and transcripts. Only invoices are kept, anonymised, as required by accounting rules.
