    Cancellation and rescheduling, in black and white

    • Free cancellation and one reschedule up to 24 hours before the session.
    • After that, or in case of unannounced no-show, the session is due: it is a teacher's time.
    • The teacher can cancel at any time; the session then goes back to your balance, with no penalty.
    • Email reminders the day before and one hour before, with the time zone written next to the time.
